Eco Art by The Wasted Artist
Made using Burton ReRun HDPE and reclaimed wood, this art piece is unique and more eco friendly than your average wall art.
The wood is sealed from moisture before being hand painted with acrylic paints and as a final step varnished for protection and the longest life possible.
The recycled plastic jewel at the center of this artwork has been created from recycled single use plastics donated by a truly awesome community of eco superheroes.
Washed, shredded, melted and pressed into a flat sheet in a small workshop in Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire. The final shape is cut by a CNC machine before being finished by hand with a sharp knife. 
Attention is paid to our processes to reduce our negative environmental impact at every step, including a self imposed sanding ban. Expect machine marks and texture you can't resist touching.
